Site visits typically last two days with teams of two people. The Site Team Chair receives $300 per day and the Site Team Member receives $200 per day for a total of $1,000. These modest amounts represent COSMA's attempt to minimize the cost of accreditation, and at the same time, to compensate and recognize the professional services of each site team member.
The Site Visit Application fee is $1,200 for all site visits.
