Accreditation Basics

Accreditation in the United States is a unique peer review system of quality assurance.

For COSMA, this means that sport management programs voluntarily submit a self study that is reviewed by fellow sport management faculty and sport industry experts and validated against the eight COSMA Principles to ensure that students receive a quality educational experience.
