The focus of this project is on the adaptive leadership approach and what it means to be an adaptive leader in today’s workplace. Through our analysis, one will see how, with the right leadership and coaching, a diverse workforce can be effectively integrated into a traditional organization. This presentation will better equip sport management educators to train their students to understand the value inclusion has in transforming the workplace while using adaptive leadership to become the change agents of the twenty-first century.
