St. John's University - Manhattan Campus, New York, NY.
Registration: Faculty registration ($120); Student registration ($40); Case study - team of four students ($120)

ABSTRACTS DUE APRIL 10th
    The first author will be considered the corresponding author unless indicated otherwise.
    Please include the name (including appropriate title), email, and affiliation of all co-authors for inclusion in the Conference program. Please indicate if corresponding author is different than first author.
    Abstract Submission Criteria:
    • Length: No more than 500 words
    • Structure: Title, Name of Presenters
    • Describe your research or presentation content

Case Study competition REGISTRATION & GUIDELINES

    Case Study Registration

    Please provide the full name, degree type, and graduation year for each member of your case study team, including team captain.

Case Study Team Payment

​Entrance Requirements
  • Case study teams MUST:
    • Include 3-4 students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate sport management program.
    • Include at least one sponsoring faculty member from the program(s) to serve as liaison/representative.
    • Appoint a student team leader/captain as a primary point of contact.
  • Case study participants are required to:
    • Attend the Case Study competition in person.
    • Cover all expenses related to Conference travel and accommodations.
    • Submit full names, school affiliation, declared majors, graduation year, and corresponding faculty representative information.
 
Case Study Guidelines
  • Case study teams will have access to screens and projectors to facilitate visual presentation.
  • Case study faculty representatives are permitted to view case study presentations but must remain silent throughout the proceedings. A faculty representative who interrupts a team presentation will be asked to leave.
  • The judges will score presentations based on a rubric that will be distributed to case study captains and faculty representatives prior to the Symposium. 
  • Case study cup winners and second and third place will be announced during the Symposium.
  • Prizes and honors will be awarded in person!
