Host an Upcoming COSMA Conference! Tell us about your location, facilities and linkages to sport industry.

Indicate which DATES in EARLY FEBRUARY you could host, indicate a Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday.
What year(s) are you interested in hosting? Consider years beyond 2023.
Does your institution meet the following requirements: One large room (150 capacity) and up to three breakout rooms (40 capacity)?
Does your institution have A/V capacities in all conference spaces? This includes LCD projector, screen, microphone (as needed), laptop?
Describe your facilities. Include room space for whole group and breakout sessions and technology access.
Cost to Host. Describe discounts your department may get for room rental, A/V, catering, transportation and any other costs.
Sport Industry: Discuss potential stadium tours, links to local teams, keynote speakers, sport industry attendees and other conference enhancements.
Hotels: Describe nearby hotel options and distance to campus. Include transportation options, as needed.
Sponsorship: List examples of sport industry and other organizations from whom you might secure sponsorship (e.g., donate badges, sponsor a meal, host a tour, provide a speaker, etc.)
